Terminator 2: Judgement Day (1991)

R | 2h 17min | Action, Sci-Fi, Thriller | 3 July 1991 (USA)

I don’t remember how many times I have watched Terminator 2: Judgement Day. Despite watching the movie underage multiple times, Terminator 2: Judgment Day is one of my all-time favorite movies. The begins many years after the original that finds Linda Hamilton who played as Sarah Connor a patient in a mental hospital and her teenage son John played by Edward Furlong who is living with foster parents. John’s world changed with the arrival of a terminator played by Arnold Schwarzenegger who is the face of the movie whose been sent from the future to protect the future leader of the resistance from a deadly liquid cyborg known as the T-1000 played really well by Robert Patrick which is one of the most suspense villain I have ever experienced.

The entire cast did an excellent job in their roles especially Schwarzenegger who is famous for the Terminator. Also, Robert Patrick as a villain, he may be mute most of the time but Patrick makes the best of his villain role in the movie.  I am surprised this movie is directed by James Cameron because he has directed many amazing films besides Titanic  and Avatar. Terminator 2: Judgement Day has it all with non stop action, the suspense, thrills, and some amount of humor makes for an enjoyable movie to watch.

Overall, Terminator 2 is one of the best sci-fi action movies ever made with plenty of other elements well mixed. Definitely recommend checking this classic out. “Hasta la vista, baby.” Terminator 2: Judgement Day is now available on Amazon through this link.
